After we have received your request, you will receive a response or a specific offer within 24 hours. You can accept this offer as an end customer. It is immediately confirmed as an order.
Who are you sending to us?
Our painters which are all skilled workers – trained according to German standards.
How does the payment work?
After the order has been placed, you pay a 50% deposit. The remaining amount will only be paid after the work has been carried out by EC card or transferred by invoice.
What if I cancel?
Cancellation is free of charge within 14 days. After the 14 days up to the agreed working date, we will charge you 80% in the event of a cancellation. In addition, the project sum has to be paid.
What payment methods are there?
The remaining invoice amount can be paid immediately by EC or credit card. Or by bank transfer.
Do I have to be present during the work?
Our specialists have to get into the house or your apartment in order to carry out the desired
work. It is up to you whether you or your neighbors grant access. Nobody has to be present on site during the work.
Do I have to prepare the apartment / house?
No, this is not necessary, the preliminary work is already included in the price and will be carried out by our specialists.
Do I have to provide materials?
No, this is not required and the materials are already included in the price.
Will someone come for a viewing beforehand?
No, in general, nobody comes by in advance, no prior inspection is necessary. However, if anything is unclear or special requests are made, an appointment on site can be useful
Is there a guarantee for the painting work carried out?
The guarantee applies in accordance with the statutory provisions.
